About Us

How it Started

Vitolli’s Pizzeria and Italian Eatery began in Robertsdale, Alabama in 2007 by Mark and Mindy Nicholson. Both were running another pizzeria in Gulf Shores prior to that when hurricane Ivan demolished that location. They salvaged what they could, gathered their belongings and settled in Robertsdale. Since then Vitolli’s has been pleasing guests, rooting itself within the community and becoming a hometown favorite. In 2023, the Rieves family purchased the restaurant, continuing the tradition of locally owned and family operated. So from our family to yours, please join us for your next meal.
